By participating in the NoBlaBla Marketing Hackathon ("the Hackathon"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Participation Selection:

The Hackathon is open to individuals and teams from marketing and related fields (Advertising, PR, Design, Management )

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to take part.

Participation in the Hackathon is subject to selection by organizers.

After submitting the application form, participants will be selected based on various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and diversity considerations.

The organizers of the Hackathon reserve the right to take additional measures for participant selection, such as phone calls, emails, or interviews.

The selection process aims to ensure a diverse and skilled group of participants who can contribute effectively to the Hackathon's objectives.

Registration:

All participants must complete the online registration form accurately and provide truthful information.

Late or incomplete registrations may not be considered.

Attendance and Venue:

Participants are expected to be available at the Hackathon venue as assigned in the official agenda.

Attendance at all relevant sessions, workshops, and presentations is optional, unless otherwise specified by the organizers.

Any exceptions to attendance must be communicated and approved by the organizers in advance.

Team Formation and Teamwork:

The Hackathon organizers reserve the right to format teams based on various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and diversity considerations.

Participants acknowledge that team assignments are at the discretion of The Hackathon and may not be subject to change.

Participants are expected to collaborate effectively with the assigned team and work towards the objectives assigned by the Hackathon organizers.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are required to follow the rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Hackathon organizers.

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the Hackathon.

Harassment, discrimination, and any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Intellectual Property:

All work produced during the Hackathon, including ideas, strategies, and tactics, may become the property of the company that proposed the objective.

Participants acknowledge that their contributions, concepts, and outputs may be used by the companies for their business purposes.

Participants grant the companies the right to use, modify, and showcase their work for promotional and commercial purposes.
-
Both the participating team and the company that proposed the objective are encouraged to engage in discussions to explore potential collaboration formats after the Hackathon. The organizers of the hackathon will not be involved in or liable for the discussions or agreements made during these collaboration talks after the Hackathon.

Prizes and Judging:

All decisions made by the judges are final.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

Liability:

Participants are responsible for their own actions and safety during the Hackathon.

The Hackathon and organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

Participants are expected to utilize all venue property, including but not limited to gadgets, furniture, equipment, and other items, with care and consideration. In the event that any venue property is damaged, broken, or otherwise adversely affected due to a participant's actions, that participant will be held responsible for any necessary repairs, replacements, or compensatory measures as deemed appropriate.

Participant data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the Hackathon and related communication.

By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data.

Event Changes:

NoBlaBla Marketing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Hackathon at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms:

By registering and participating in the Hackathon, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

By registering and participating in the Hackathon, participants grant the Hackathon explicit permission to capture photographs and videos in which they may appear. These visual materials may be utilized by the organizing company, sponsors, and other pertinent parties for various promotional, informational, and archival purposes. If participants have any reservations or concerns about being featured in such materials, they should kindly communicate their preferences to the organizers before the event takes place.
